The garden that surrounds the house has several areas for sitting out and a table on the back patio.
About the location
Lympstone is a beautiful Devon village on the shore of the River Exe. It has four pubs/restaurants and a cafe. For fine dining, Lympstone Manor is just up the road. Our house is very close to the Exe estuary trail , a cycling/walking route that links Exmouth, Exeter and Dawlish Warren. There are numerous lovely walks nearby and many good beaches within easy reach. Nearby Topsham has an open air heated swimming pool, and Exmouth has a good indoor pool and leisure centre and excellent watersports facilities. Exeter has historical and cultural attractions and is 25 minutes by train from Lympstone.
