Spurfield Cottages

Our house dates back to 1868 and is tucked away but in the centre of the village. We have 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen/dining room and a snug with wood burner. The rooms are tastefully decorated and we have good WiFi and phone reception. We have a large garden with patio area with outside dining area. We have a beautiful ginger cat called Winston.

About the location

Exminster lies just outside the historic city of Exeter. From our house you can walk or drive to the canal for a spot of lunch at one of the lock pubs. It is a 20 minute drive to the beaches of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish or Exmouth and several other beaches are close by. You can also do watersports on the canal. Haldon Forest is a 10 minute drive. Topsham, Darts Farm, Exeter and Powderham Castle and Budleigh are just some of the places we suggest you visit. If you fancy a round of golf, or just a spot of fun on a driving range then Exminster Golf Club is a short walk from our house.
