1930s semi town house

Our family home has 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, a large single bedroom, office and bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs there is a kitchen diner and large lounge with a separate table and space for board games, drawing, painting etc. A few steps lead from a raised patio down to the back garden with trampoline and another patio. There is a small bathroom under the stairs which has a toilet and sink. We have a few steps leading to the house -we live on a hill - at the back of Totnes castle! We have plenty of playmobil, toy cars, Lego and books for young children and a garage full of balls, surfboards, cricket bats and bikes for you to use.

About the location

Totnes is a popular place for holiday makers from Easter to October. We are lucky enough to live in this lovely town, with brilliant cafes, a local market and independent shops. It is a short drive to Dartmoor national park and stunning beaches like Bantham. On our doorstep we have the beautiful River Dart, footpaths and off road cycle routes to the Dartington and Sharpham estates.
