It is a late 18th century cottage which has been modernised, central heating, woodburner, etc.
We have a good sized garden.
It is situated 5 minutes walk from village shop and PO.
The beach is about 8 - 10 minutes walk away.
Three National Trust properties within 6 miles. (Blickling Hall, Flebrigg Hall, Sheringham Park.
Good safe beach, mainly sandy.
Hourly bus services along the coast.
Cromer train station 2.5 miles away.
Cromer (2 miles) has cinema, pier, etc. Sheringham (4 miles) a theatre.
About the location
North Norfolk is a beautiful area with many seaside villages and beaches. There are also lots of marshes. Sailing, swimming, surfing, walking, golf, tennis are all close at hand
