Detached stone farmhouse in quiet location at end of cobbled drive just off the main square in Grassington. Two double bedrooms (one king size bed, one double) plus one single.

Large private garden with terrace overlooking lower lawn with far reaching views over the dales, perfect for outdoor dining. May need to be careful with small children as there are some high walls.

Conservatory as alternative on cooler days.

Resident cat Mincemeat, she`s a cautious little thing, though can usually be brought round in there`s can of tuna on offer...

Feel free to use our electric bike and inflatable canoe, helping you explore local areas and boating on River Wharfe

Fast Wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Sonos sound system, coffee grinder, 55" smart tv, mobile phone signal (upstairs, on a good day...).

Room to park two cars. Option of car swap - use of electric Nissan Leaf with 80mile range, perfect to explore the Dales

About the location

Grassington is the central hub for the South Dales area, meaning all amenities are a short stroll from the house - four pubs, grocery store, Indian takeaway, and what feels like over 40 gift and nik nak shops...

Perfect location for many gorgeous walks in the Dales, including the Dales Way which passes through the square, as well as superb cycling both on road and MTB on numerous bridle paths - GPX routes can be provided for our favourites.

River Wharfe below the village is location for one of the most popular places for wild swimming in the country, right next to the rather lovely Linton Falls - a favourite evening stroll. Long Ashes Spa pool and gym just 5mins drive from Grassington

Grassington square regularly used for C5`s All Creatures Great and Small, this often being filmed at the end of our drive, see pics.
