Spacious Coach House in the heart of a Wiltshire village 80 miles from London and 19 miles from Bath

The Coach House is in the heart of a pretty Wiltshire village with great transport links to London, Bath and Bristol.

Chippenham is a 15 minute bus ride away and from there, London is 1 hour 20 minutes away, Bath 8 minutes away and Bristol around 20 minutes away.

The House has a beautiful kitchen to the central area and off from one side of this is a large lounge with access to a large bedroom, small bedroom (we could put a single bed in here or it would fit a cot) and a bathroom. From the other side of the kitchen, there is a downstairs shower room, large dining room and very large upstairs bedroom.

The house works very well for two couples as they are completely separated but also for families.

Outside is a large garden with various seating areas and two barbecues. There is plenty of parking.

About the location

Calne is situated on the A4 which runs between London (80 miles away) and Bath (19.3 miles away). However, most people use the M4 which can be accessed via Chippenham which is 6 miles away. Bristol is only 33 miles away and Sailsbury 33 miles away. Closer to home you have Lacock where Harry Potter was made which is 7 miles away, Marlborough where Kate Middleton went to school and is a very fashionable shopping town, 13 miles away and Avebury stones which we feel has a lot more to offer than Stone Hedge, 8 miles away. You can also access many of the cotswold villages in under an hour. Therefore our home, in the heart of the historic heritage area of Calne, is the perfect location for exploring Wiltshire and our neighbouring counties.
