Our house Denne Park Gate was once the Gate House of a Country Estate. It is now a wonderful and spacious home with a large garden including vegetable garden and BBQ entertainment area.

It has a large open plan kitchen dining room and separate living room.
The master bedroom has an en suite. There are 2 further bedrooms (1 with a sink and bed that converts to a double bed) and a fourth bedroom, currently used as an office. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people.

Amenities include 2 fridges (1 with freezer), cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee maker.

Entertainment amenities include 2 televisions with SkyQ, a Blue Ray player, Sonus / Bose based Hi Fi zones throughout the house, and wifi.

We are open to offers for house exchanges and can offer non-simultaneous exchanges. A swap with someone with accommodation that offers nearby skiing would be an ideal way to get started.

About the location

Horsham is delightful town, 20 minutes by train from Gatwick Airport and an hour by train from the centre of London.

Horsham has many good coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, late night entertainment venues, a wide selection of shops. a sports centre with pool and gym, two cinemas, a theatre, museum and bowling alley. Nearly are tennis courts and the Cricket & Social Club. A few miles drive away are a number of excellent golf courses.

We live in a rural setting, located 5 minutes walk from Horsham town centre shops and supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the train station.

Located in West Sussex, there are many nearby attractions, including National Trust properties, Country Parks and a host of wonderful country pubs. We are close to the North Downs and South Downs and 20 miles from Brighton on the south coast. There are numerous local walks and great cycling to be had in Sussex and Surrey.
