Modern family home in semi-rural location 1 hr from London

Our home is a detached town house over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and exceptionally beautiful garden. There is a dishwasher and washing machine and outdoor and indoor clothes lines.
Good Wifi and TV (with Netflix) in lounge and further TV in one bedroom. There is parking outside our home or a car barn for smaller cars.
We have two lovely friendly cats who we would like to remain in the home and a cleaner who can come in once per week.
We currently have 2 double beds and 1 single, but 1-2 fold up beds could be placed in a further bedroom if required.

About the location

Hook is well situated with a regular train service into central London, just 1 hour to London Waterloo. We are also just 40 minute drive away from Heathrow airport and surrounded by beautiful countryside with many beautiful areas and historic attractions within easy reach. These include Stonehedge, Winchester, Hampton Court, Old Sarum, Avebury, Portsmouth and the South Downs National Park and all of Hampshire and the South West approaches to London.
For those who enjoy being in the countryside a few minutes walk takes you to Bartley Wood which in turn gives you access to the picturesque Basingstoke canal and King John`s Castle at Odiham. A short drive will take you to Basing House in Old Basing.
