Beautiful architect designed modern house on private road in sunny Blackheath - London

Our home is a newly decorated, light and airy ‘Span’ house designed by the famous architect Eric Lyons - Span houses were designed to maximise natural light and it is in a private development with free parking. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size and a single in it, the other two bedrooms are small but have both have double beds and wardrobes and are also light and airy.

Downstairs we have a beautiful, light, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area and lovely huge windows at other end.

About the location

Blackheath is a beautiful area with a huge picturesque heath in the middle of it and a village full of nice restaurants (over 30 restaurant of all types), pubs and nice shops. Greenwich park, a london landmark and one of London’s most beautiful royal parks, borders the heath and leads you down to the Thames river. Transport connections are good - it is a 20 mins train to London Bridge or 18 mins to Charing Cross which is by Covent Garden, the Southbank and Soho. You can also get the boat from Greenwich to the Southbank.
