This beautiful flat is located in Chamonix, within walking distance of local attractions and amenities. It is a cosy space in the middle of the French alps, with views of the mountains and overlooking local churches. The house is approx 70 sq. m.

There are two bedrooms; one is a double bedroom, the other a twin bedroom (two singles), with sofa bed, and storage space in both. In the living room there is another sofa bed which is the size of a double. There is the possibility for up to 7 persons in total. As you enter the property you will find a large dining and living room area. This space is great for entertaining and socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with functioning oven/hobs and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a bath/ shower option and is of a practical size.

Below the main house there are two garage parking spaces available. You can enter and exit the house from the garage.

I am currently looking for a space of the same size in London between the period of July 15 until the 3rd of August 2019, however, my home is available year round and does not need to be exchanged in the same period. I am also open to exchanging this property for longer periods, alternate periods, and flexible exchanges.
