Family friendly flat a stones throw from the beach - Barcelona

Our three bed apartment is on the top floor of the block and looks out towards a leafy public park. It has a main balcony adjacent to the lounge/kitchen and a smaller balcony adjacent to the bedrooms. All the bedrooms are external and as a result the flat is very well lit all through the year (the photo`s provided were taken in November).
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath-shower the other has a walk-in shower.
Mod cons: air conditioning, gas central heating, electric hob & oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, smoothie maker, 4K TV, fibre optic internet connection.
Bonus feature: it has a piano.

About the location

Poble nou is family friendly and also quite a "happening" place. There`s a good selection of bars and restaurants (some chains, and some one-offs) and a few venues that offer live music. There are also lots of parks/play areas for young ones, plus lots of outdoor options for the whole family: spaces for skating/roller blading, tennis courts (not free), basketball courts (free), boules courts, and a host of different water sports options down at the beach.
There are two tube stations in Poblenou and lots of buses: travelling to the centre of town takes about 20 minutes.
