Ideal Location - Edinburgh, Scotland

Our house is located in Balerno, a suburb South West of Edinburgh, with good public transport links to the centre of Edinburgh.

We are also right at the foot of the Pentland Hills so ideal for walking and cycling too.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, a spare bedroom/study with a sofa bed and 2 children`s bedrooms. Downstairs we have a good size lounge with cable tv and broadband wifi, a well equipped kitchen and a play room with a huge amount of toys in it!

There is a small garden to the rear which is well sheltered and a very good sun trap for those rare occasions we see the sun in Scotland!

As well as being an ideal base for visiting Edinburgh, we are also very close to the motorway network so you can explore the rest of Scotland. You can be in the Highlands within a couple of hours.
