Hi, our home is a nice living place. It`s a renovated old 3 storey house from the 19 century (old coblers House). It s a shared home. On the 1st floor, there is the kitchen and living room, a bathroom and toilet, and a large bedroom (18m2). On the second floor, there is 2 bedrooms (2 singles beds), a small double bed).

On the outside, you will find a 3 levels of garden: a big space in front of the house with a garage and space for cars. You will find 2 little and nice garden behind the house more private with a table where you can eat.

The house is own by 3 owners: there is this big house and 2 others owners of 2 small flats (they have a différent access for the house, you will not cross them or heard them, we feel like in a private house).

If if s needed, we are buying an other place in the house, so you can access a 30m2 studio with a private terrace in wood.

You ll find a lot of game to play for children and grown up.
We have 2 lives cats to feed.

You ll love in our home: the atypical garden, the location (close to Paris, to restaurants and center), the light in it.

About the location

The house is located very close (by foot) to:
- the train station (Conflans-Saint-Honorine, Ligne H, connected to station Saint Lazare (center of Paris close to Lafayette Galerie) in 25 min),
- a very nice park (the garden is located in front of the park) with a nice view on Paris
- to the center of town (with all shops, restaurants) at five min by foot
- the dock (for a very nice walk)
- lake in Cergy
You are 2 hours from de Normandie beaches
