Our home, is a three double bedroomed house. Built in 1711. It has the charm of being old with all the modern conveniences.

We have a kitchen, large dining room, lounge with a log burner, making us very cosy in the winter. We have central heating, log burner, washing machine, fridge, fan assisted electric oven and hob.

Upstairs we have a middle floor with a king bedroom and a double bedroom, study and a bathroom. Top floor has a further King sized bedroom, a study/single bedroom and a bathroom.

We have an electric car and also an electric car CCS charger, a double garage and off road parking for 2 cars. Our garden is large and secure, full of flowers and fruit and veg.

About the location

Childswickham is a village on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds town of Broadway. With access to an outstanding village pub in Childswickham itself (2 mins walk) or wider access to multiple pubs, top class hotels and restaurants or cafe`s in Broadway (25 mins walk).

The Cotswolds is famous as an area of outstanding beauty with fantastic cream teas and gorgeous streets flanked by honey coloured houses.

There are multiple attractions to visit, Adams Farm, the Lavender fields in Snowshill, Cotswold villages such as Morton in Marsh, Stow, Chipping Campden and Chipping Norton, all with farmers markets, antiques shops and cafe`s.

We are a 30 minute drive from Stratford Upon Avon and Cheltenham.
