It's a big appartment with a 60 squared metred terrace with beautiful views perfect for warm nights. I've got a car which can also be exchanged and it's kept in a garage in the same building (lift to the flatdoor). It has all modern commodities, wifi, computer,internet and fully equipped independent kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and all of thema re open to the terrace. It's incredibly sunny and airy .Heating and airconditioning in all the flat.

About the location

Jerez is a beautiful town (200,000 inhabitants) well known by its wine and horses. It's old town centre dates back to preRoman times and it's worth a visit. The town is 12 kilometres away from the beach and about an hour away from the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in Spain (Bolonia, Caños de Meca...). It's near Sevilla (one hour away) so it's the perfect location to visit Andalucia. The Pueblos Blancos and Ronda are also one hour away. The best restaurants in town are within walking distance.
