House with garden - Banyoles

House built in the XVII th, with a lot of redesigning. In catalan it’s called “masia”, it’s a typical catalan house.

We have 3 rooms, to sleep 7 people, and a big, modern and comfortable kitchen with a fire place. The living room is 50 m2, with the sofa, tv and another fire place.
We have a big garden, 800m2. And the vegetable garden is 300m2.
You can park the car with any problem. We’ve no problem to exchange the car and the bicycles.
Our city is Banyoles (20.000 people) and we live very near of the downtown (10 minutes walking). But you will feel like in the middle of the country if you want.
In Banyoles we have a lake, that hosted the rowing Olympic Games 92 and that gives the region the name, Pla de l’Estany. Our home is 10 minutes walking from Banyoles lake. You can swim and row in the lake.
Banyoles is a town with much history, medieval history. It’s very near of Girona, 20 minutes by car. At 60 minutes from Barcelona and 60 minutes from France (Perpignan).
You can take buses to go to Girona or Barcelona if you preffer.
Banyoles is found 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava and one hour of high mountains (Alta Garrotxa and the Pyrenees).
