The house is a 17 year old semi-detached holiday house/cottage with unrestricted views of Pollan Bay and beach. It has a modern white interior throughout with a galley kitchen and open plan interior of circa 90 sq metres. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and the other upstairs. The front glass sliding doors open onto a patio with sea views alongside a west facing patio which is completely private. It has a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is parking for two cars immediately adjacent to the house. There is a 40in flat screen tv with freesat and Wi-FI. It has 2 toilets/showers - 1 pumped and 1 electric. Oil fired central heating. There is 1 double bed, 1 wall bed, and a day bed. House is 700 metres/5 mins walk from Pollan Beach.

Ballyliffin is part of the Inishowen peninsula in Donegal. Ballyliffin Golf Club (700m away) hosted the Irish Open Golf Championships on 5th to 8th July 2018.

Pollan Bay is a renowned surfing beach and there is a 3km beach walk to the 16th Century Doagh Castle. There is deep sea angling and river fishing and hillwalking throughout the district. Ballyliffin is 40km by car from City of Derry Airport which has direct flights to London Stansted, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh. Ballyliffin is 40 km from Derry and 100km from Belfast. Via Foyle Ferry to Giant`s Causeway takes 1 hr.
