We have an attractive 2 bedroom, ground floor flat in a semi-detached Edwardian house in a quiet road. We have a private garden with a small goldfish pond at the end and a small front garden. Entrance to the flat is via key code and it is a private entrance. We also have a hard standing for you car.

Just around the corner you will find Central Station with easy quick access to London St Pancreas among other destinations. In the same area is buses to town (2 minutes), to Hythe (20 minutes) and also to Canterbury (an hour). The centre is 11 minutes walk.

Check out some of the excellent restaurants like the Radnor Arms, Rocksalt, Harbour Inn and Marley's. Wonder down the Old High Street passing Steep Street café (a favourite) and El Cortado tapas bar to the harbour which is the rival of many a Cornish village and check out Sunny Sands and the Warren for sandy beaches.

About the location

Folkestone is renowned for its long stretch of beaches and in particular Sunny Sands and the Warren. Stroll through the colourful Kingsnorth Gardens and down Castle Hill to the Leas and down through St Eanswythe (our 11the century saint's) grave yard to the Bayle and on to the Pullman for lunch. Below the Leas is the coastal path running from town all the way to Sandgate with its wooded pathways and coastal boardwalk.
