Lovely 3 Bed home in Edinburgh, Scotland

Our home is a fun and modern duplex penthouse three bedroom flat/condo with decks and amazing views over the harbour in Leith.

Leith is a very vibrant area of Edinburgh with many restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes and we are a five minute walk to a modern shopping centre/mall with shops and a cinema complex.

We have a large lounge area or sitting room that opens onto an extensive balcony which catches the setting sun, and the sunsets are really beautiful. If you can move away from these we have Blu-ray plasma TV and integrated sound and music system through the house. The kitchen is modern and dining area also a good size, and they overlook Edinburgh castle and the city.

Downstairs we have three large bedrooms, two en-suite, and a full family bath for the third bedroom. The master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the harbour. Our office has a computer and wireless Internet which you are welcome to use.

We have had a lot of interest in exchanging in August both this year and next but unfortunately are committed through these.
