Nice flat with nice garden beside the canal

Our home is about 4 kilometers south of the medieval centre of Munster. The city of Munsteris situated in the beautiful Munsterland with its park-landscape, its moated castles and horse breeding. In 2004 the city won the livcom-award as the most liveable community of the world. Furthermore Munster is known as the capital of bicyclists. So the most cultural events you can reach by bike.

To our flat belongs a big garden directly at the Dortmund-Ems-canal, in which swimming is possible. Our flat is in the ground floor of a two family house in a nice residential area.

In our flat is space for 3-4 persons. There is more space in a caravan in the garden, what is a very nice in summer time to stay in.

Because Munster is a university-city with over 50.000 students, it is a very young and vivid city, and you will not have any problems to find english-speaking people.

You have easy access to the cities of the Ruhr-area, which was the European Capital of Culture of the year 2010 within ca. 1 hour by train or car.

We`d prefer not to drive long distances by car anymore. That`s why we`re looking for swap partners within about 250 km, or with the option to swap cars.
