Our home is 45 minutes south of Dublin by commuter train or car, in a seaside town with excellent facilities; the harbour, marina, beaches, coastal walks, shops, theatre and restaurants just a few minutes away. A 20 minute drive brings you into the spectacular Wicklow National Park. Car swap can be arranged.

Very private south facing back garden/deck. Large and bright kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms and an office.

We are very happy to swap with a similar home in a real community, but prefer not to swap with an apartment in a holiday complex

About the location

Greystones is in County Wicklow - `the Garden of Ireland`, 25km south of Dublin with its international airport and ferry port
It was voted `best liveable community` in both 2008 and again in 2021 in the prestigious LIVCOM International Award competition.
A short car journey brings you to the spectacular monastic site of Glendalough, with lakeside walks and fantastic scenery

Almost from our front door, a stunning 90 minute clifftop walk goes to the neighbouring town of Bray, then you can come home by commuter train or bus.
For the sportier minded, we have mountain biking trails almost on our doorstep, sea fishing, and many, many golf courses
