Scarborough, Yorkshire

A 1930`s house in the desirable south side of Scarborough. We have a large private garden, with pond, to the rear (with swings and trampoline). There is a gate at the back leading to a park and children`s play area. The garden can be accessed via the conservatory which leads out onto a small terrace which is a real sun trap. There is also a small wild garden at the front which cannot be overlooked from the road. There is enough space for two cars to park on the gravel drive.

The third bedroom is a guest room with a double sofa-bed. It also has a piano, if you are musically inclined.

We have a guinea pig, Ginger, and a friendly cat, Sox, who are both easy to look after.

5-minute walk to the Cleveland Way coastal path with stunning views of the Yorkshire coastline. Ideal for family beach holidays, walkers and anyone in search of a break by the sea. Scarborough and its surrounding area has much to offer. For example York, Castle Howard, Whitby and Flamingoland theme park are all within easy reach. The North York Moors and Yorkshire Wolds are also easily accessible.

There is lots to do in Scarborough itself: 3 theatres, 2 cinemas, 2 beaches, a historic castle and everything you would expect from a traditional seaside resort. Alpamare, a fantastic waterpark, features some of Europe`s longest water slides.
