We live in a modern detached house with a south facing garden overlooking wooded area. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Downstairs includes a lounge, dining room, large south facing conservatory, kitchen, WC & shower room. Integral double garage. Friendly & helpful neighbours.

Outside is a good sized private garden with patio area & garden furniture.

We are located on the edge of the historic town of Barnstaple with its unique Pannier Market. We have easy access to the sandy surfing beaches of North Devon. Exmoor National Park and the South West Coast path offer excellent walking opportunities. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, the unique fishing village of Clovelly and long distance cycle routes.
