Calstock is the most charming village in the Tamar Valley. This modern house (with large balconies) is about 400 yards from the centre of the village in a large garden overlooking the river, the Devon Bank and a recently constructed wetland area (2020)! Room for up to 4 cars.

Calstock has two very good pubs/restaurants, a social club, a general shop and a railway station.

Close to Tavistock, Launceston,Cothele House, Morwelham and Eden Project.
Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor are both nearby, offering opportunities for walking, climbing and other outdoor pursuits and the beaches of the North (Bude, Tintagel, Boscastle etc.) and South Cornwall (Looe, Polperro etc.) are within easy driving distance. Plymouth, with its historic harbour, is 35 minutes by car or beautiful branch line train.
