Top floor, open plan apartment 170m2, centrally located in the historic part of Barcelona. Amazingly quiet for such a central location and just round the corner from Santa Caterina market and the Picasso Museum. El Born, the beach and Parc de Cuitadella are all within a short walk, not to mention the countless shops and restaurants. This is a great location, right in the middle of anything and everything you could want.

This is a wood beamed, exposed brick renovation with all the mod cons of an urban pad, dishwasher, microwave, home cinema etc. There`s a kitchen/dining room with a seating area situated in one big open space leading onto a balcony. There are three bedrooms, the master leading onto a second sitting area. We use the second bedroom as a guest room and the third bedroom is another large space which our kids share, it has bunk beds and plenty of room for them to hang out. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath and shower.

A short train or car journey away, are mountains for skiing in the winter and the fantastic Costa Brava beaches in the summer.
