Cohousing cutie

This home is in the beautiful Roberts Creek Cohousing Community on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. It is somewhat small (about 1100 sq feet), but extremely functional and comfortable. Open concept living and dining room with a full kitchen tucked away on the side, an addition which is another lounge area and can be closed off as a third bedroom. Fold out comfortable (really!) Lazy boy love seat. One bedroom down with a King sized bed, and a loft with a built in Queen bed. Much of the furniture accents are things we have collected from our travels.

There are a few house plants which we would love you to water and care for, but if that is a problem, we can move he, to a neighbour’s.

Smart TV. Internet. In-house laundry.

Also a beautiful garden with a number of sitting areas, mature trees and lovely native plantings.

About the location

Our home is nestled in a forest setting, close to a small village with amenities such as a library, general store, health food store, yoga studio, hair dressers, cafe and restaurant and post office. It is a 40 minutes ferry ride from the city of Vancouver which can be reached via public transit (buses and ferry) as well as by private vehicle.

You can get around the Sunshine Coast without a vehicle, but a car is recommended.

The Roberts Creek beach is about a 10 minute walk and there are a number of forest trails a short walk away.
