Lovely 2 Bed home in Broadstairs, England
Our home is a charactful flint cottage in the pretty village of Reading Street, a haunt of smugglers in the eighteenth century. Reading Street has its own village shop, post office and a fabulous pub that serves food and a great selection of beers. The village is close to the quaint seaside resort of Broadstairs, where there are sandy beaches, a little harbour, old fashioned ice cream parlours and good restaurants. Reading Street is ten minutes walk across fields past a lighthouse to a secluded sandy beach with safe bathing, rock pools and a surf school. There are lovely coastal walks to Broadstairs, Ramsate and Margate, home of the famous Turner Contemporary Art Gallery.
The cottage has two double bedrooms so would suit a couple plus one child or two couples.
London is easily accessible via a fast train link from Broadstairs.
