Lovey light modern [1959 build] house with rear and front garden, over three floors.

This is our family home, with three bedrooms - two large double and one smaller single a futon style sofa bed in the upstairs bedroom It would suit a family of four or four with a baby, etc. the house is secure and comfortably furnished. We have friendly neighbours and private south facing `sun-trap` garden.

Open plan kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave.

Our friendly cat is `Pusski`, independent, with his own cat flap.

We have two toilets , but not two full `bathrooms`!

About the location

Alberta St is a mixed and friendly area, quiet, traffic -calmed, and safe and a great location for central London. We are five minutes walk from the beautiful Kennington Park; https://www.lambeth.gov.uk/parks/kennington-park. Our area has a Fruit Commons also ; https://www.albertatra.org/alberta-fruit-commons. so very green with an amazing variety of fruit bearing plants and trees. [ Including our own Dwarf Plum tree and vine in our garden..last years performance is no guarantee of this years ;-) ]

Eating and Drinking. There are various and plentiful facilities within a short walk; restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, all In the locale, around Elephant Park ;https://www.elephantpark.co.uk, and closer too, within 5 minutes walk, three pubs serving good food; The White Bear and The Old Red Lion making modern European and British dishes and The Mansion House doing Thai, all recommended.

Going Out. Its three minutes walk to Kennington Tube and in all, 10-15 minute journey to Central London destinations, like Leicester Square. We are 30 mins walking or five mins tube [Waterloo or London Bridge/Borough] to South Bank, including The Globe, The Old Vic and Young Vic Theatres,Tate Modern, Tate Britain Hayward Gallery, British Film Institute [including IMAX screens], National Theatre, The London Eye, Big Ben and so on.
