Peaceful break in the beautiful Peak District

Our house is located in the centre of the village and was built in the 1850s. We have a beautiful, enclosed two tiered private garden, with tree house, summerhouse, BBQ and 14 foot trampoline. The house is very spacious and tastefully furnished with a large kitchen with two leather sofas overlooking the garden; dining room with log burner which comfortably seats eight; adult lounge with two sofas and two comfortable arm chairs and a log burner; 4 good sized bedrooms (Bed 1 - Super-king size bed with en-suite walk in shower; Bed 2 - four foot bed; Bed 3 - King-size bed; Bed 4 - Double bed). We have more mattresses if you need to sleep more guests! Family bathroom with walk in shower and double ended bath.

Mog, our tiny cat will need feeding (she has a cat flap). Bonnie (our black working Labrador) can either come with us or stay with friends. She has impeccable manners with cats and livestock.

About the location

We live in Crich, a small village close to the Peak District, Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Chatsworth House, Alton Towers, Derbyshire Dales etc. The village has all the amenities you could wish for - a great butchers, artisan bakery / cafe, Indian restaurant, pharmacy, children`s park, fantastic walks from the door etc.

Public transport is available - Whatstandwell Train Station is 25 minutes walk.
