We are a professional couple with 2 adult children.

Our home is a beautiful English manor style home in the prestigious Baby Point area in Toronto. It is in the west end of Toronto, located at the end of a tree lined cul du sac, with a one acre, private, ravine lot overlooking Etienne Brule Park and the Humber River, near the Old Mill Spa & Restaurant. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a terraced back yard and a large pool at the side of the house. The top terrace of the yard has a flagstone patio that has a barbecue, two large tables and a sitting area. There is also seating around the pool. It is a family home that feels like you are in the country, while in the heart of the city close to great amenities, including High Park, the restaurants and shops of Bloor West Village and the Kingsway.

The house is three stories, has 5 bedrooms with five queen size beds and one double bed. The main floor has a large airy kitchen with a sitting area overlooking the ravine at the side and a walk out to the back yard. There is also a dining room, large living room (over- looking the gardens), a study on the main floor and an office on the second floor. A family room is located downstairs with a big screen TV.

The house is non-smoking and we have no pets. We have a housekeeper/cleaning lady that cleans our house once a week, and she is available to you also.

A car is available for the exchange.

About the location

We are very close to the subway allowing for easy moving around Toronto, and a 10 minute drive to major highways leading out of Toronto if you want to explore the country side or visit spectacular attractions such as Niagara Falls (1.5 hours), or magnificent world class lake districts like Muskoka north of Toronto (1.5-2 hours).
