Our 3/4 bedroom family home was built in the mid-seventeen hundreds and retains a lot of its original character. The house is located in the popular conservation area of Plympton St. Maurice - An ancient stannary town dominated by its now ruined Motte and Bailey Castle. The house is within easy reach (1 mile) of the popular Plym Valley Cycle Track which leads up onto Dartmoor, a popular area for walkers, mountain bikers and horse riding. The coastal village of Newton Ferris is approx 15mins drive. The city of Plymouth (on the Devon/Cornwall border) famous for Sir Francis Drake and the Mayflower can be accessed easily by bus or car.In short, a great spot for exploring the beautiful Devon and Cornish coast and countryside.
