We have a victorian semi in a quiet central location.
There is a large kitchen diner with french windows onto the patio and then garden.
There are 2 reception rooms on the ground floor.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and another ensuite bedroom in the 2nd floor room (total 4 bedrooms).
It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Truro. There are cafes, restaurants, parks, Truro Cathederal, Library and museum.
There are wonderful beaches within 15 minutes drive to either the north or the south coast.
The train station is 2 minutes walk away. There is a branch line running to Falmouth every 30 mins, or the main line takes you to St. Ives and Penzance.
We have 3 bicycles (with child seats) and 2 surf boards which you are welcome to use. Also body boards and tennis rackets.
