Four bedroom detached family home. Spacious comfortable and well equipped. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac.
The house comprises of four bedrooms, two single, one double, and the master bedroom which has a king size bed is en suite.
Upstairs is the main bathroom which has a jucuzzi bath, walk in shower,toilet and bidet.
Downstairs has a front entrance hall, two reception rooms, a separate dining room and a downstairs cloak room with toilet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has all mod cons; dish washer, range cooker, American fridge freezer with water dispenser, hot tap with instant boiling water, and sink with garbage disposal unit. A separate utility room, which leads into a private back garden, houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Heating is provided via a coal and wood burning stove in the family room, a gas fire in the front reception room and for convenience there is oil central heating throughout.
For entertainment there are lots of books, board games, children`s toys, sky tv and
wii. For music lovers we have a digital piano, concert flute, guitar and percussion instruments. We also have a Sonos system.
We have a cat called Alfie and a cockatiel called Ollie. Both take minimal looking after but if you prefer not to we can arrange for family to do this for us.
About the location
We live on the edge of the small town called Dromore, Co Down. (2mins by car,10mins on foot to the centre). The town offers all the usual amenities; shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol/diesel stations, book makers, ATM`s, hairdressers/ barbers, beauty salons, churches and a park with riverside walk and play park and skate park for the kids.
The town is known for its Viaduct, Motte and Bailey, and is the home place to Harry Ferguson, the inventor of the Ferguson Tractor. People also travel for miles around to buy its famous Grahams homemade ice cream.
The town is centrally located within N.Ireland. Our home is less than 2 mins from the A1 Dual carriageway, with links to all of N.Ireland"s famous attractions and to the Republic of Ireland.
