Spacious, comfortable and well equipped.For easy access there is a ramp at both the front and back doors.

Our home has a large front garden sown in lawn.It also has a large private back garden with lawn, flower beds and raised vegetable beds.In the spring and summer months the back garden is a sun trap. It is an ideal spot for relaxing and having a BBQ on the patio.

The single story dwelling comprises a main reception room with large comfy sofas, a wood-burning stove and 54" Skyglass TV. There is a separate music room with a baby grand piano.
The large kitchen is open plan and has a snug area with patio doors which opens out onto the patio and back garden.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and electric oven. It has a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. It also has a dining table which seats six people. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage which is accessed through the door in the kitchen.

The bungalow has three bedrooms.The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and is ensuite. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed with large wardrobes and TV with multi room facility. The third bedroom has a single bed, dressing table and free standing wardrobes.

The main bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin and a roll top free standing bath with telephone handle shower attachment. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The bungalow has gas central heating with instant hot water. There is a coal and wood burning stove in the main reception room.

Full wifi is provided throughout. For entertainment there are lots of books, board games, Skyglass TV with multi room facility and a Sonos system.

We have a little cockatiel bird called Ollie. He takes minimal looking after but if you prefer not to we can arrange for family to do this for us.

About the location

We live on the edge of a large town called Banbridge in Co Down.Our home is a 5-10min walk to the town centre. The local bus is opposite our home.
The nearest shop is Tesco (5min walk) where groceries, clothes, newspapers, magazines, alcohol and petrol etc can all be purchased.

The Boulevard Outlet village is 5mins by car. As well as designer retail shops there is an Omniplex cinema complex, a Mcdonald`s Restaurant with drive through and both Starbucks and Costa coffee shops. Marks and Spencers Food Hall,Tesco Superstore,The Range and B&M are also located there.

The town itself offers all the usual amenities; shops, cafes, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol/diesel stations, book makers, banks, ATMs, hairdressers/ barbers, beauty salons, leisure centre with pool and slides, churches, cinemas and a large adventure park with riverside walk and skate park.

For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous well known local clubs, as well as international golf courses close by, eg Royal Co Down (25 mins). Royal Portrush, 1hr30min.)
For those who enjoy trekking/walking and the quieter pace of life, the famous mountains of Mournes, Tollymore Forest Park, Hillsborough Forest Park (King Charlies`s official residence when he is visitingN.Ireland),Castlewellan Forest Park, and, Kilbroney Forest Park, all are 30 mins or less away by car.

Centrally located within N.Ireland. Our home is less than 2 mins from the A1 Dual carriageway, with links to all of N.Ireland"s famous attractions and beauty spots and to the Republic of Ireland.
