Our home is a large victorian semi-detached villa in St Marychurch, a quiet area of Torquay in the 'English Riviera'.
We have two double bedrooms, a gym room, large south facing garden and driveway parking.
The lounge has an open fire, home cinema/wii and access to patio/garden.
Five minutes stroll leads to shops, pubs, restaurants, golf course. Ten minutes walk to beach via cliff railway.
Torquay offers full resort facilities. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive, and Exeter and Plymouth are easy day trips.
