World famous Brighton known as "London-on-Sea" really is a fantastic place to visit. It suits all ages with the beach, Brighton Pier, Brighton Pavilion, Museum and Art Gallery and masses of places to shop and eat. Take your pick from the trendy North Lanes area to the historical Lanes full of antique shops and galleries. There is always something going on from the Brighton Festival in May to a vintage car rally. London is only 50 mins away on the express train service and Gatwick Airport 30 mins by train/car. The beautiful South Downs National Park surrounds Brighton.
We live in a Victorian terraced house in a quiet residential area but close enough to walk into central Brighton. It's a family house with a large double bedroom and 2 kid's rooms (a single and a bunk room for two). Preston Park station is two min walk away with direct trains to Brighton Central (4 mins) Gatwick Airport (30 mins) and London (50mins express).
