Comfortable, spacious cottage-style 1880s house, in special conservation area preserving a range of Victorian 'show homes'. Contemporary furniture; art work; lots of books; fireplace/wood stove for cooler evenings (and central heating!). Set up for two adults plus guest room with plenty of comforts (separate dining room, study etc). Lovely cottage-style garden, quiet residential street, friendly neighbours.

Excellent inner London location: 10 mins to Victoria/City by tube or train. On the border between two suburbs: multi-cultural lively Brixton (markets, clubs); and leafy Herne Hill/Dulwich (parks, "village" feel). Car not necessary but parking available; also have bikes.
