Our beautiful apartment sits in a Grade II* listed building (built circa 1720) and overlooks Clapham Common. There are two large south facing reception rooms, a double bedroom and a large dining kitchen. There is a sofa bed in one of the reception rooms so an extra guest or two could be accommodated. The apartment has been recently refurbished.
We are less than 5 minutes to Clapham Common tube (Northern Line zone 2) and a 15/20 minute bus journey to Chelsea and Kensington. There is access to a shared garden and we can supply guest parking facilities if required.
Although the apartment is located in a tranquil spot with lovely views across the Common, the surrounding area is vibrant and lively and offers a wide range of excellent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
