Rubi Villa

Montenegro is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy the sea,the mountains and the wild beauty of both it`s coastline and interior.

Our four storey home has fantastic views of the sea, mountains and the town. It is located on the hillside, in beautiful countryside, about 600 metres away from the town. Far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but near enough for a gentle stroll into the old town, to the square and beaches in Risan.

This small market town has a palm tree lined main road, a central piazza and also benefits from a good variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

There are also several villages and beaches to choose from around Risan Bay. Perast the next village has picture postcard good looks, while a short car ride away is the lovely medieval walled city of Kotor.

Our house has a large swimming pool 10 metres x 6 m x 2 m depth, suitable for having a good swim and for diving into.

We also have a summer kitchen with bar-b-que and several large balconies and patios suitable for sun bathing.

The bottom two floors of the house are completely separate and private from the house. These are arranged into two self-catering apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms each. There are separate entrances and terraces with beautiful sea views.

All areas of the house have Wifi.

About the location

We also have a vine covered Pergola in a quiet part of the garden. There are swings for children.

Risan is the oldest settlement on the Boka Kotorska and dates back to the Illyrian period approx 4,000 years ago. The town has a Roman Mosaic site and there are also prehistoric cave painting nearby.
