Lovely 4 Bed home in Brixham, England

Our home is a 1930's bungalow in the seaside town of Brixham in South Devon. We are a short distance (15 minute walk, 2 minute drive) from the attractive fishing harbour and town centre. Brixham is well known for it's fishing industry and a wide range of restaurants can be found in the town. An even shorter walk brings you to the old town of Brixham at St Mary's Square - pubs, local shops and regular buses to Dartmouth (10 minutes).

Our house has four good sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom, a comfortable family living room with open fire and a fantastic large kitchen/dining room opening on to a large garden with decking, trampoline and swings. We have off road parking for three cars. We have four chickens to provide you with fresh eggs each morning - care can be provided for them if you don't want to look after them.

Our home is convenient for a number of beaches, the south west coast path, the historic town of Totnes (twenty minutes drive) and a wide range of country/coastal walks. There are many National Trust and other historic buildings nearby, including Agatha
Christie's old house at Greenway - just a couple of miles away. Dartmoor is a short drive away. The cities of Plymouth and Exeter are easily reached by car, bus or train.

We are ideally located for a wide range of land and watersports as well as family fun and relaxation.

A housekeeper/cleaner can be arranged if required.
