Our one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located in Washington, DC in the NW quadrant of the city. Because we are located downtown, our home has an urban and modern feel but it is also very welcoming. The building is new with modern amenities such as a furnished rooftop (with a 360-degree view of the city), pool and an on-site gym. There are many restaurants in our neighborhood which is walking distance from most of DC's major attractions including the museums and monuments. The Metro station is two and a half blocks away. There is a bus stop a block away which will conveniently take you to attractions like Georgetown andStation.
