It is in the beautiful suburb of Newlands, within walking distance of the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. It is also on the edge of a green arboretum with a gentle river. We look up at the side of the Table Mountain and see waterfalls cascading off it in winter. In summer, it's a haven from the heat and wind.

The house is a 10 minute drive to a large shopping area and highways, and 15 minutes from the centre of Cape Town, including the Waterfront and Table Mountain cableway. 10 minutes from the vineyards of Constantia. Beaches are 25 minutes away.

Very convenient for all of Cape Town's highlights but with a leafy, country feel.
