Living in the property is really quiet and peaceful with only the sound of the sea. It has fast Wireless Broadband access, Sky TV, a large flat screen Panasonic TV with surround sound system, Blu-ray DVD high definition player with Bang and Olufsen music system with iPod link.

Our home provides a gorgeous beach front apartment with beautiful oak flooring throughout. The kitchen and lounge being open plan overlooks the sea, as does the study. There are 3 bedrooms, a utility room, 2 bathrooms, parking with hard standing.

Outside there is a pretty and well maintained garden with some steps down to the beach, and from the garden you have wonderful views towards the Llandudno Pier on the Great Orme (to the left) and the Little Orme (to your right) which is only a 5 minute walk along the beach to the Little Orme http://www.greatorme.org.uk/orme.html

It also has some of the highest insulation specifications which combined with a really efficient new central heating system which keeps the whole house lovely and warm after that great day out exploring all the many walks and places nearby.


The house has been completely rewired with mains smoke alarms throughout and security alarm. The kitchen is fitted with a cooking range with 5 ring gas hob with 2 electric ovens. There is also a utility room with Miele and AEG appliances.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom which includes a small flat screen TV with remote, bath with hand shower and a separate power shower with body jets, bidet, sink and a window overlooking the sea. There are two further bedrooms and another family bathroom with walk in shower, sink, toilet and original Victorian leaded glass window.
