Modern family home in popular Spa-town

Stunning light, spacious, stylish family home with large garden. We`ve built the house 14 years ago and it comes with an amazing conservatory stretching over 2 floors bathing the open plan kitchen diner in sunlight.

Downstairs we have a big open plan living room from where you`d access the secluded garden, the study cum TV room and the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs there are our two childrens bed rooms, a bathroom and the kitchen diner. There is also a big roof terrace in front of the dining area from where you can enjoy the view of the Frankfurt skyline.

You can access the house from the basement carpark.

About the location

Good base to explore the Frankfurt area with Taunus and the Rhine valley.

The house is located in a quiet residential street within walking distance to shops and walks. The train station with access to Frankfurt is a 12 minutes walk, Frankfurt airport is a 20 minutes drive.
Bad Soden is a lovely historic spa-town with parks, newly renovated open air pool, cafes and shops and is one of the famous `Taunus`-villages. Within daytrip distance there are the cities of Wiesbaden, Mainz and Frankfurt (each of them has their own character and they are all worth visiting), the Taunus area itself with plenty of walks and great for cycling/mountainbiking and the Rhine-Valley with Ruedesheim, Loreley and all the Rhine castles. We`re happy to provide you with suggestions.
