Lovely 4 Bed home in Cozes, France

It is an old stone typical Charentaise house with exposed beams and a large stone fireplace. Roquilleau is a peaceful hamlet, a few km from Cozes, which has all facilities, and is surrounded by sunflowers and vineyards. I don't have suitable photos, only holiday snaps.

There are lovely beaches on the Gironde estuary 15-20 minutes away. It is less than half an hour from Royan and Saintes (regional capital, with Gallo-Roman amphitheatre) and 40 mins from Cognac, where you can visit distilleries and sample the cognac.

It is a second home, and is great for summer holidays, but not geared up for the rest of the year.
