Our house is a 200 year old farm house set in a rural area outside of Rochester, New York. We boast 4 large bedrooms with a large kitchen which includes a dishwasher. We have a large living room and nice size dining room. We keep a vegetable garden in the back next to the barn and flowers grow intermittently throughout the year.
Our property sits on more than 1.5 acres of land which backs up into a wooded area. Beyond the woods we can see the sixth hole of Greystone Golf Course, a course set in the Scottish style.
We are in a rural area with a variety of stores less than 10 minutes away by car. We are 6 hours from NYC, 1.5 hours from Niagara Falls, and less than 3 hours from Toronto, Canada.
