Modern comfortable flat, approximately 60mē, on main road with excellent transport links in a cosmopolitan and safe area. 3 minutes walk to overground, which takes 1 min to the nearest underground and 20 mins to central London. Good range of local shops, cafes and some restaurants. Also nearby is Epping Forest, fantastic for walks in the country.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is a large living room and kitchen, plus a reasonable sized balcony.

The flat is on the 3rd floor - no lift (but it keeps you fit!)
