Villa with pool and seperate casita

Our villa is just a few minutes to the beaches and town of Almunecar in the Costa Tropical. The top floor of the villa has one double bedroom and one bedroom which we intend to keep our personal items in so will not be available for use, a bathroom and a guest cloakroom, a through lounge with patio doors each end and balconies/terraces with views to the sea at the front and beautiful views of the mountains at the back and a fully equipped kitchen.
Down a spiral staircase we have a study and another double bedroom and bathroom that opens to the pool area and garden.
In the garden there is a swimming pool and terraces for sunbathing and eating. Also available to use is a casita which is a fully self contained large studio, double bed , lounge area kitchenette and bathroom, this has patio doors that open on to the pool and views of the mountains. In all there are three double bedrooms that will be available.

About the location

Our villa is in Almunecar , a typically Spanish resort town on the Costa Tropical with a castle, museum, Roman remains, numerous beaches, waterparks, diving, boating, watersports, tropical gardens, aquarium, bird park, cultural center, markets, numerous restaurants , flamenco venues and Tapas bars.
Nerja and the famous caves are a 15 min drive away. Also the village of Frigiliana.
Marina del Este is only a few minutes drive , as is a beautiful bay La Herradura.
The town and port of Motril, where there is a ferry to Morocco, is only a 20 minute drive away. Motril has a golf ourse and there is one on the way to Granada and one on the way to Malaga. Malaga and Granada are both about an hours drive with lots to visit and see. The Alhambra Palace in Granada is one of many places to see, the Picasso museum in Malaga also. The Sierra Nevadas amd the ski resort is a little over an hours drive so there is ski ing in Winter.
