Garden of about 1/3 acre includes small woodland. On the ground floor, there is a boot room, a large kitchen dining room, a cosy living room with open fire and a utility room and wc. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a study, and an attic with 2 bedrooms only suitable for children.

Lewes is 7 miles from Brighton, a cosmopolitan city on the south coast with many local beaches nearby. Lewes has many small shops with local produce, pubs and restaurants. Walking out on the Downs is very accessible, there is also a station in Glynde.
