Ours is a 4 bedroom house with a pretty garden, built in 1954, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, well treed with elms and evergreens, 5 minute walk to beautiful river valley walking trails, 25 minute walk to University of Alberta.

While Edmonton has an unfortunate reputation for being a dull, unattractive city, it actually has many charms, including a winding green river valley. We have many summer festivals: Fringe Theatre, Shakespeare in the Park, well-known Folk Music Festival. Farmersmarkets, excellent restaurants. Four hours by car from Jasper National Park (Rocky Mountains.)

We have a large collection of books, plus DVD projector and screen for movie watching.
