Lovely 4 Bed home in Stockholm, Sweden

Our house, built 1905, is located in Nacka near Stockholm. It is a quiet residential area with many families. We have a garden with apple trees and plenty of space to play for children and a patio for BBQ and relaxing.

The Baltic sea is about 200 meters from the house where many boats passes on their way to Stockholm. This is where the archipelago of Stockholm starts with more than 30.000 islands. We have a small boat that can be included in the exchange, perfect for fishing, picnic and bathing around the islands. Stockholm offers plenty of culture, sports and entertainment.

There is a busstop close to our house that takes you right to the center/Old Town in 10 minutes. A Volvo V70 can also be included in the exchange.
